CADIS SOFTWARE DEVELOPER recruitment

Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for impact analysis and evaluation of major design options within systems development projects to ensure that agreed standards, methods and procedures are met and that our client maximises their investment in new or enhanced IT solutions.
Takes responsibility of the specification, design, coding, testing and documentation of particularly large mission critical software and/or complex systems to ensure that any risk of software or system failure is minimised and that the business areas can continue to operate.
Evaluating and reviewing programming methods, tools and standards undertaken with peer group across a whole project/programme of work to ensure that programming methods and standards are consistent and that opportunities for improvement and efficiencies are identified.
Providing technical guidance during the implementation stages to ensure that all aspects of the development are co-ordinated and promoted successfully to production.
Ensuring system problems and requests for support across a wide range of systems investigated, appropriate updates provided and actions taken and documented to ensure that the required standards, methods and procedures are applied, that delays are avoided or minimised
Investigating issues with system enhancements, ensuring themes identified and solutions achieved through direct action and liaison with other colleagues and suppliers to ensure that maximum benefit is gained from the IT systems and that any adverse impact is minimised.
Successful candidates must have CADIS Certification, experience of CADIS Version 8 is desirable
