CAE 3, Commercial Cust Serv (Tch Spt T1)


Tasks:
- Provides prompt resolution to customer phone inquiries regarding our
Business Class High Speed Internet Product; provides technical
troubleshooting and customer support.
- Demonstrates courtesy, patience, and troubleshooting skills in
customer relations.
- Provides clear and concise information to both customers and other
internal departments.
- Utilizes a variety of software applications to administer customer
account information and diagnose and resolve technical difficulties.
- Communicates with customers in a professional manner in all situations
while setting accurate expectations for issue resolution.
- Independently recognizes and diffuses escalated customer situations
utilizing all resources available in a courteous and patient manner.
Listens, builds rapport, and displays empathy when assisting customers.
- Demonstrates an overall understanding of operations in order to
interact with customers regarding all types of inquiries (technical and
non-technical,) including but not limited to: Comcast packages, new
products, pricing, upgrades, new sales, downgrades, and disconnects.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
