Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
The QuinStreet Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of tasks, to include: lead qualification, appointment setting, lead returns, customer follow-up, and more-

Skills
Extensive use of the telephone including click to dial and auto-dialer technologies in our fast paced, inbound and outbound call center
Excellent written communication and data entry skills required with attention focused on grammar, spelling, punctuation, and acuracy
Experience using all Windows programs with Microsoft Office skills a plus
Able to task shift to match ever changing business needs
Teamwork, punctuality, and solid attendance required
Daily meet productivity and quality assurance metrics
Programs used: Interactive Intelligence call center software, Salesforce.com CRM, Cisco Unified Personal Communicator, Microsoft Office, ADP payroll

Working hours: Monday - Sunday 7:00am to 6:00pm

Job Qualifications
Associates degree or higher and/or the equivalent years of work experience
Highly motivated and energetic while consistently delivering excellent customer service to our customers
Solid verbal, written, and organization skills
Self-starters who require minimal supervision
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Knowledge of online marketing and lead generation definitely a plus
Prior experience as a lead, quality assurance rep., or trainer in a call center environment a plus
