Call Center Customer Service Representative
Summary:
The ideal candidate has experience demonstrating good organizational, customer service and telephone communication skills in a customer service or administrative position. Responsibilities include front line customer service, creating and maintaining user accounts, generating quotes for service, and training new users.
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound, out bound calls and email inquiries regarding customer accounts and services.

Provide training for new users – Some travel will be required.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Research and resolve customer questions and concerns.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Follow up on customer interactions.
- Accurate and thorough data entry
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
- Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
Education Level:

High School or equivalent required.

Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
