Call Center Customer Service Representative (Must Be U.S. Citizen) Job in Fort Worth, Texas US
- Answer incoming phone calls on behalf of client; provide accurate and appropriate information to callers.
- Place outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls, as required by client.
- Correctly complete call guides; gather and verify all required information.
- Attend telephone skills and program information training sessions; demonstrate mastery of subject matter within specified timeframes.
- Upon completion of 30 days' employment, provide minimum level of telephone customer service to every caller, meeting all documented telephone standards.
- Upon completion of 90 days' employment, demonstrate mastery of documented advanced telephone customer service skills.
- Closely adhere to contact center scheduling, ensuring adequate telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation.
- Exhibit professional and positive behavior towards the project and co-workers.
- Perform clerical or administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 years of customer service or other telephone experience
- Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
- Basic communication skills
- 1 or more years of customer service or other telephone experience strongly preferred
- Previous call center industry background highly preferred
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Ability to meet professional standards towards project and co-worker
- Must be flexible to work various full-time shifts. Schedules can vary between the hours of 7:00am to 8:00pm.
- Must pass skills testing including spelling and data entry
- Must be able to fully attend training class and pass training practicum at the end of the training course
- Previous call center CSR experience highly preferred
