Position Description:
Siemens Enterprise Communications Call Center Development Sales Representative
As a Siemens Enterprise Communications Call Center Development Sales Representative, your challenge will be to build upon our track record of success within the Call Center Enterprise Markets and your Defined Area/ Region by identifying, developing and winning complex Call Center/Contact Center solutions and services that solve our customers' enterprise communications needs. Your success in managing and growing multi million dollar sales goals will be rewarded with a top tier commission program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop and implement plans for strategic accounts and new logo prospects that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty
- Critical to build a reference base of customers in your territory to use as proof points of success
- Pursue long-term account strategy that maximizes profits and assist in cultivating long-term relationships with the appropriate key account decision makers
- Develop a complete understanding of the organization's structure and key buying influences of assigned account
- Perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of product / solution / service offerings
- Provide management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10 years of Demonstrated Advanced Call Center Consulting and selling skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million dollar sales goals
- Experience in using ROI tools and Financial Modeling as a part of your sales process
- Successful negotiator with C-level decision-makers
- Ability to network and build relationships with key contact center engagement consultants and analysts is critical to success
- Understanding of emerging contact center technology such as cloud based offerings and analytics is a must
- Good understanding of the Contact Center Outsourcing community and the technology and offerings available to that market are critical
- Need to possess a mastery of self service solutions and the uses of advanced speech technology and voice portals
- Familiarization with Professional Services and their applicability to the Contact center market
- Practice and working knowledge of Contact Center metrics, continuous Improvement models and an understanding of business process reengineering as it applies to Customer Interactions
- Clear concise communication skills, solid business sense and presentation skills
- Experience selling Call Center Solutions (Skills Routing, Advanced Reporting, IVR, Analytics, Recording, etc.) or related software or IT services within the Assigned Region/Area
- Proven success Re-Engineering Call Centers to Improve Customer Services, Revenue, and Production resulting in Application and Technology Upgrades with Short Term ROI
- Relationships and understanding of Best in Breed Applications including Verint, Nice, and Genesys required
- Experience in competitive positioning within the Call Center Arena versus Avaya, Cisco, Aspect a must
- Be prepared to provide examples of successes in consultative solutions selling and demonstrate the drive and skills needed to effectively manage your market and customers
- Applicant needs to be prepared to furnish ranking documentation, award certificates and W2's for proof of success and earnings
- Relationships within Defined Region/Area with large enterprises, and channel partners including Verizon Business, Shared Technologies, Black Box, is a plus
EDUCATION:
- Training in advanced Account Management and Selling techniques though top-tier programs such as: Holden International Sales Training, Achieve Global, Critical Path Selling, or Target Account Selling
- College Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Membership in influential Contact Center associations such as ICSA, ATA and others is preferred
