Galileo Processing is seeking an Escalations Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities include: Handle customer service escalation calls * Service cardholders in a timely and efficient manner following established procedures * Remove authorizations, set pins, activate card * Provide back-up support to Customer Service Managers * Meet performance standards and quality goals * Assist with Quality Monitors when needed * Provide coaching and feedback when necessary

Qualifications include: 1 + years call center customer service escalations experience * Strong computer skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Must have weekend flexibility * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
