Call Center Inside Sales Manager
Supervision of employees in an Inbound Contact Center for a Fortune 50 company. Responsible for effective sales team management that includes but is not limited to motivating, mentoring, team building, developing, supporting, and coaching staff, in an effort to grow the business by driving key performance indicators.
YOU MUST HAVE INBOUND SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE!
Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, developing and motivating competent staff. Foster a wellness culture creating an environment of continuous process improvement. Drive and implement changes.
- Strong competency required for mentoring agents to continually improve personal and team performance; strong sales acumen.
- Responsible for team's performance, production, quality and adherence to policies and procedures, including developing reasonable expectancies and goal setting.
- Act as intermediary between consumers and company, handling escalated calls and other sensitive situations.
- Familiarity with and ability to use specialized software/equipment such as I3, skill-based routing, workforce management, call monitoring, etc.
- Provide management with timely, relevant and accurate reporting of activities and production statistics.
- Communication and contacts are frequently across departmental lines, interactive with all levels of associates/management, outside vendors, including Legal, Compliance and Actuarial personnel. Contacts involve planning and preparation of communications requiring skills such as tact, persuasion and/or negotiation to accomplish identified objective.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years Call Center (Contact Center)supervisory experience Inbound Sales a must
- 3-5 years successful experience managing, gaining commitment, energizing, motivating and coaching others to build a successful Call Center team (Financial Services and Insurance experience considered a plus)
- Proven change agent
- Proven track record for delivering results
- Must be self-directed and highly motivated with the flexibility necessary to operate in a fast growing and fast paced environment
- Stable work record a MUST. No more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- You must live near Fremont, Michigan or be willing to relocate. (Relocation assistance available)
Salary 45k to 53k
10% bonus potential
