Call Center / Customer Service Will be taking information via the phone/email/fax and entering it into the system, scheduling physical medical appointments via phone, calling physical medicine facilities to obtain/verify information. Working in a phone queue, the individual may get 30 seconds to wrap up and then taking another call. Very fast-paced. *solid phone skills *great data entry /typing *Spanish speaking would be a plus Mon - Fri 8:30 -5pm or 9am -5:30pm
