Call Center Manager Job in Annapolis 21401, Maryland US

The Senior Resource Group is actively seeking an experienced Call Center Manager. We are a premier Independent General Agency with a rapidly growing clientele of over 20,000. Representing all the major companies to our seniors, we offer Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Long Short Term Care, Life Insurance and Annuities.

The Call Center Manager will be directly responsible for driving sales objectives, provide leadership and coaching to new telemarketers in a team environment, support an implemented training program and script, develop strategies for short and long term growth.

Overall responsibilities will include the supervision of your call team to ensure all performance goals are met effectively.

Required Skills:

-Must have background and experience in call center managerial position

- Bachelors Degree
-Must be proficient in Microsoft programs (outlook, excel, word)

-Outstanding communication (both oral and written), success in leadership and promoting a team atmosphere

 

This is a salaried position with a 70k base with a strong bonus structure plus health benefits.
