About the Job

The Call Center Manager has management responsibility for the daily operational functions related to the Call Center. Ensures that customer service is at the highest level possible; monitoring all aspects of the calls closely. This position requires someone with analytical skills, knowledge of medical terminology and strong telephone skills. Requires Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) - OR- Requires an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of (3) years supervisory experience in an ambulatory or community health care setting.
