The Operations Manager provides leadership, guidance, performance management and accountability to a team of 5 Supervisors for key performance measures. The position also involves working to ensure that the call center agents are meeting all service level objectives and client business objectives. Additional duties include managing the day to day functions of the service delivery team ensuring QA/Supervisors are in front of teams, performing reviews, coaching, mentoring and customer follow-up. Finally, the Operations Manager will analyze data trends and develop appropriate action plans to manage challenges.

Requirements:
Experience working in a large, high-volume contact center with either 5+ years in a supervisory role or 2+ years as an Operations Manager. Qualified candidates must be flexible to work various shifts, weekends and holidays. Must possess ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment and have a track record of performance management, customer service coaching teams, documenting processes and setting the bar higher for the overall customer experience. Strong leadership skills with attitude to learn while working well in a team environment are a must for this role.
