Position Overview
Agents will be responsible for using the internet and our information system to answer requests given to them by our members. We are a 24/7 service and are hiring agents to fill the evening shift (3:00pm to 12:00am) and bilingual agents to fill the mid shift (11:00am to 8:00pm), the evening shift (3:00pm to 12:00am) and the overnight shift (12:00am to 8:00am). All shifts will require one weekend day..

Compensation
Our base starts at $12.50 plus differential for speaking and writing in Spanish and English of up to $2.50 for a starting wage of up to $15.00 an hour. After a 90-day positive evaluation, agents can receive up to an additional $1.00 per hour and a performance-based $100 monthly bonus. And once you graduate from our provided advanced assistance training program you will be paid up to $17.00 per hour based on performance level.
