Insurance Company located in Central Denver has an immediate need for Outbound Call Center Representatives seeking an incredible company, a long term contract position and a work setting located in a trendy Urban Area .
Job Duties include: Provide customer support by answering general program information for Medicaid/Care programs, mail applications, program materials upon request. You will also be responsible for educating members on managed care, continuous enrollment materials, and annual enrollment.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, have previous Call Center experience and be willing to work shifts from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. An Associates or Bachelors Degree in a related field of study; and two to four years of human services or health care experience and experience dealing with the public preferred.
