Call Center Representative (Full Time) Job in Indianapolis 46240, Indiana US
The College Network is seeking a call center representative to fill our Academic Advisor position. We are looking for candidates who are motivated to increase company productivity by providing academic customer support. This is a great position for someone with prior call center experience or a first position for someone new to the job market.
At The College Network, Academic Advisors bring learning to life by assisting and guiding our current customers through the navigation of distance learning and curriculum, increasing our customer success in achieving advanced education. The Academic Advisor is responsible for providing customer service, including but not limited to: inbound calls, follow-up calls, real-time web chats, course analyses, departmental correspondence, and assisting with academic content questions. This is a permanent full time position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls
- Assist customers with various issues including billing and tier 1 technical support
- Support customers academically
- Conduct customer research/follow up
- Compensation: $14.00/hour + shift differential; Increases after 90 days
- Hours: Full time schedule consists of 4 days, 10-hour shifts. Shift options are as follows:
Wednesday - Friday: 12 p.m. - 11 p.m. EDT
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. EDT
OR
Sunday: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. EDT
Monday - Wednesday: 12 p.m. - 11 p.m. EDT
