Call Center Representatives
We are currently staffing for 1st and 2nd shift positions in our call center, located in Downtown Cleveland. We have just added 2 new clients as well as expanded our base with our current clients. We are filling 24 positions in our center over the next 4 weeks.
The candidates we are seeking have a minimum of 2 years phone sales / customer service experience or you must a strong sales experience in another field (retail, auto, outside) to be considered for these positions. Candidates who financial sales (credit card, mortgages, etc.), collections experience, medical services, subscription sales, and television service sales experience.
As a candidate you must project an air of confidence, have a professional speaking voice (strong command of the English language), be goal oriented, have a competitive drive (desire to be the best) and money motivated.
