Job Description:
We have immediate openings for Call Center Representatives in the Moon Township area. You will be assisting customers with questions or issues regarding their auto or homeowners insurance accounts received via phone and/or correspondence. You will use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Must be open to all shifts from 7 am to 9 pm and open to overtime as needed. Insurance Claims knowledge a plus. Applicant should be knowledgeable in PC programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
