Call Center Representative Tier 1-Temporary Job in Long Island 11741, New York US

                                   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

1.Answers telephone requests regarding information on member accounts and processes telephone account transactions.  

2.Verifies member signatures and processes mail requests as per established policies and

procedures (i.e.:  loan payment history, verification of deposit, check withdrawals, account  

closure.

3.Assists with the opening and processing of mail deposits and loan payments.

4.Researches member accounts.  If deemed appropriate, adjusts member accounts.

5.Cross-sells all products and services to members.

6.Assists in the processing of returned statements.

7.Assists in the mailing of departmental letters.

8. Keeps the Call Center Supervisor informed on the conditions and operations of the department.

9. Knowledgeable with regards to Credit Union policies and procedures.

10.Utilizes the Silvercloud database and the Sales and Service program as required.

11.All other duties as assigned.
