Adecco is currently interviewing qualified Customer Service Representatives with 1 to 4 years of Inbound Call Center experience for immediate openings. You must have strong verbal and written skills, ability to type 35 words per minute, and working knowledge using MS Excel.
This position’s responsibilities include but limited to answering incoming calls, and written communications, by resolving account balances through negotiating payments arrangements and collections activities, responding to customer inquiries about billing, setting up service requests and follow up on service activities.
Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to plan, prioritize and organize and complete work assignments, make good judgments and choose appropriate action with limited supervision, follow rules and procedures, handle all business contacts in a professional manger and conduct telephone contact in a positive manner.
