Call Center Supervisor Job in Falls Church 22041, Virginia US
This position will help assist the Manager of Operations by providing leadership and direction in all aspects of operations management. The supervisor will be directly responsible for a team of agents and their performance. The Supervisor will monitor and coach sales agents and their daily activity. This key position requires an individual with a high degree of initiative, sound judgment skills, excellent decision making skills and the ability to achieve the companies’ organizational objectives. The candidate should have proven sales skills and strong computer skills.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
· Monitor and coach sales agents’ daily activity
· Assess and record sales agents’ performance and attendance
· Ensure that sales team meets daily goals
· Prepare daily reports
· Provide guidance to sales agents
· Provide corrective action guidance when necessary
· Other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Fluent English
· At least 1 year of telemarketing experience
· Strong mathematical and report analysis skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated leadership skills
· Computer knowledge (Excel, Word and Outlook)
