Call Center Supervisor

RDI Milford is seeking motivated individuals to join our management team leading individuals through life.  We believe that the front line supervisor is the driving force to an agent's success at RDI.

Qualified candidates will possess call center experience in an OB sales environment or similar experience.  Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to learn our culture, policies, and procedures.  Proven ability to work well inside the guidelines of a team model, with the ability to communicate orally and written, to all levels of management and staff.  We are looking for individuals that are ready to contribute in a fast paced and growing company that its first priority is developing individuals for purposeful life involvement.  Must have a high school diploma, higher education a plus, and a clean background.
