Job Description Job Classification: Contract We are currently looking for a Call Center Supervisor, MUST HAVE STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY/EXPERIENCE IN THE HEALTH OR MEDICAL INDUSTRY. Essential Duties and Responsibilities -Directly manage assigned team of production associates. Coordinate the day-to-day operations of these individuals, including workflow and scheduling issues, associate concerns, and the resolution of customer complaints and escalated calls -Maintain full responsibility and accountability for their team of associates, including hiring, training, salary administration, performance management, policy administration, and team development, with appropriate input and approval from their direct manager and Human Resources -Assist agents in performing basic troubleshooting steps for technical concerns and engaging assistance from Manager/Technical Support as needed -Actively share the responsibility of ensuring that all revenue, performance and quality related goals are achieved on their assigned team of associates -Team building/ training- May be called upon to coordinate the implementation of departmental programs such as recognition and communication to enhance team morale. In addition, responsible for implementation of team specific programs, development of training tools and workflow adjustments -Work with other management within organization to improve overall organization's capabilities -Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including employment policies and customer-specific policies and practices -Completion of tasks outlined on the Client Supervisor Task List -Other duties, as assigned Qualifications -Demonstrated success as a Team Leader or similar function; previous management experience a plus -Outstanding performance and attendance history plus a commitment to quality excellence -Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment demanding self- reliance combined with team spirit, people skills, and a well-honed sense of urgency and priorities -Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, clients, and frontline employees. -Demonstrated ability to be adaptable, resilient, and a change management leader. This is required in order to meet the constantly changing needs of the customer -Has the ability to communicate and is willing to assist others to improve performance -Must demonstrate ownership of job responsibilities, understanding that the work cannot always be accomplished within a forty-hour work week, and that there are times when more hours will be required.
