Call Center Support Consultant

 

Intervise is seeking a call center support consultant to support a military client located in San Antonio, Texas.  The consultant will be a member of a 24-7 team supporting a hotline for military individuals and their families.  The center provides answers to those seeking information on such topics as medical and patient care, medical administrative issues and much more.

Required Skills:

·        Call center and customer support experience.

·        Personable and professional demeanor.

·        Technically savvy.

·        Must be detail oriented and able to multi task.

·        Knowledge of military organization and culture is desired.

·        Previous military experience is a plus.

·        Medical training is not needed but is a plus.
