My client is an innovative communication services organisation providing customers across Liverpool exceptional customer experience.
I’m currently looking for Call Centre Advisor to join my client’s fast-growing team. In this new role, you’ll focus on delivering support to customers across the county. At the same time, you’ll be expected to work in partnership with colleagues across the business and deliver exceptional customer service. This role offers the chance to work with an industry-leader.
I’m looking for someone with a background in customer services and experience of dealing challenging customers. In addition, you’ll be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail alongside having the ability to pick up processes quickly.
