Pay Rate:£6.50 Per Hour

As a Business Service Management advisor you will be able to check and resolve faults, identify solutions, and, if necessary, arrange for an engineer to put things right on BT's customer's behalf.

To deal with customers you need to have patience and empathy to build a rapport, possess strong listening skills and be attentive to detail. Above all else, you will give BT's customers confidence that you'll go the extra mile to resolve their issue.
