I am currently recruiting for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor for a large Industrial company based in Solihull. This is an exciting opportunity due to expansion within the team and company.

The successful Team Leader will be managing a small team of Call Advisors, coordinating the team’s activities and assisting in defining and setting objectives for the team. You will also have to ensure effective shift cover to cover holidays, sickness etc. Other duties of the job will be taking direct questions and field media enquiries and passing them on as appropriate.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, along with a proven track record of managing a team, scheduling work, rota’s etc. The ideal candidate will also have good influencing skills, negotiation skills and a high level of drive and determination.
