Call Centre Diary Advisor
£14,560 basic up to £25,000 OTE

As a customer service advisor you will be responsible for Account Managers diaries, making outbound calls to customers, having impactful conversations discussing customer’s requirements and advising them on the benefits of the  marvellous products. You will need to use your listening, questioning and keyboard skills to ensure that you capture the information correctly to enter onto the bespoke system.

There is a clear and objective performance measure ,  Support, training and coaching are delivered in a structured friendly manner as they have a strong desire for you to succeed and will support you along the way. They also  also have exciting incentives trips to New York, Vegas, to vouchers.
