Call Centre Night Shift Supervisor

An internationally renowned, privately owned company in the Midlands, who specialise in excellent customer service within their local call centre are recruiting for a Night Shift Supervisor, due to expansion of the office.

As the company has seen vast growth recently, they are setting up an additional call centre within their large office. The Night Shift Supervisor will be required to work shifts varying between 11pm until 9am, 5 days a week, Monday - Sunday and will be supervising a small team of no more than 10 people. This is currently being described as a minimum 12 month fixed contract but has potential to be permanent.
The company is very customer focussed and strive to retain their current customer loyalty, whilst gaining new ones. There will be no cold-calling or hard-selling.

The ideal candidate should have great leadership and teamwork skills, but also be able to listen to everyone else in the team and take on board all feedback.
It is preferred (but not essential) that the candidate has worked within a call centre environment before and managed a team of people.
