About the Job
Our client based in Peterborough is looking to recruit inbound call centre operatives to work five days out of seven covering all shifts, that involves days, evening and nights and weekends. This will be on a fortnightly rota system. Simply dealing with customer orders, complaints, queries and bookings etc. May be the odd outbound call required too, but no hard sales involved. Previous call centre experience essential. Own transport important too, as public transport isn't regular to this area. Good, professional telephone manner and good knowledge of computer systems required.
