Our Customer Service centre consists of 40 Advisors and we are seeking a Planner to Oversee scheduling and rota delivery, monitoring overall efficiency and suggesting improvements, monitoring holidays and service level agreements.

We are looking for someone who has worked as a force planner previously, someone who is technically minded and can help implement our new phone system. The ideal candidate will have worked within a call centre previously in a similar role.
