My client is a global leisure and travel company with a network of over 2,700 resorts in over 75 countries operating out of 15 countries. The organisation is currently seeking a permanent Reservation agent to join their established team based their our modern offices.

As a reservation agent your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from members and fulfilling their holiday requirements through the promotion and selling of our leisure products. Responsibilities will include identifying the “holiday experience” required by our members and aligning availability to that experience; offering similar alternatives where necessary. You will also be promoting all company products and services to maximize sales opportunities, whilst processing bookings and making out outbound sales calls to the membership data base.

To be successful in this role highly developed sales and customer service skills are a pre-requisite. In addition you will have good communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and most importantly first class influencing skills. Sales and/or call centre experience, preferable within the travel industry sector experience is desirable.

The Hours
· 37.5 hours per week.
· Monday to Friday working 14:00 – 22:00

The Package
· Salary: £15,000 per annum plus £2000 per annum shift allowance, and a £2000 bonus
· Incentive: Circa £3,500 - £5,000 but uncapped so could earn much more
