Package: £23k – £30k (DOE) + Up to 30% Performance Bonus + Quarterly Profit Bonus + Benefits Package
A new opportunity has been created at The Richmond Group for a Call Centre Team Manager.
As Team Manager, you will be responsible for driving your agents to success by motivating, encouraging, training and developing them. In The Richmond Group we are looking for managers who want to progress quickly – as a company, we can only be as good as the people who make it. You will provide ongoing training and development to ensure that your team are experts at what they do and you will be responsible for keeping your team positive and motivated.
Day to day responsibilities will include coaching, team administration, providing 1-2-1 feedback, setting targets and bonus structures, dealing with any recruitment or disciplinary issues and making ongoing contributions to the improvement of the company.
Previous experience should include:
- Supervision or Management of a team
- Customer Service
- Appraisal, staff development and coaching
- A proven ability to identify process improvements
- Outgoing and confident nature
