Call Centre Transition Manager recruitment

Our client is looking for a Transition Manager with experience setting up green-field call centres and demonstrated experience moving people, processes and associated technology from one location to another. You will have need to design the transition approach, create the transition plan and run the transition project through to post implementation review. To be a success in this role you will have a good blend of the following skills and experience:
- Experience running at least one successful contact/call centre relocation
- Strong Project Management capabilities
- Be well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Be a good communicator with a variety of technical and business audiences
- Have a positive attitude and be a proactive team player
This is fixed term contract with a pro rated salary up to $150K package or a daily rate contract up to $700 per day. Although the initial engagement will be for 3 months there is a strong likelihood of extension.
