Call Handler

An exciting permanent opportunity for a customer service advisor to join the team as an Out of Hours Call Handler with responsibilities for receiving calls and updating the information management system. This position will be working within a team for a support services company based in Sandhurst.

You will need to be able to handle calls in a professional manner, good customer service and to be able to log data on the system accurately.   

Your hours of work will be based on a rolling rota and will include the following shifts:

Week 1:
Monday: Night Shift
Saturday: Day Shift
Sunday: Day Shift

Week 2:
Tuesday: Night Shift
Wednesday: Night Shift
Thursday: Night Shift

Week 3:
Friday: Night Shift
Saturday: Night Shift
