Call Handlers x 8
An insurance company based in Ipswich have 8 jobs within a new team taking first notification of loss claims calls from existing customers.
You will ideally have customer service experience within a call centre environment, a basic understanding of motor insurance experience is desirable but not essential. This business will also look at entry level candidates who have customer experience within the retail sector, to give you an opportunity to join an office environment where you can develop your skill set within customer service.
Working Monday to Friday close to the town centre, this is an excellent opportunity.
You will be required to go through a telephone interview, followed by an assessment day/interview later in May.
