Call Managers

One of the leading financial services companies in the centre of Bristol are on the look out for Call Managers to join them on a temporary basis for x months. You will have to have at least 6 months of call centre experience and will have also worked within a sales environment working towards (and hitting!) targets.

After two weeks of extensive training, you will be working on both the inbound and outbound calls to current customers of AXA. You will be looking at the customers policies – Answering any questions and using your knowledge of the products to up sell if required.

The hourly rate is x and there is also an uncapped commission structure on top of this. You will be expected to hit your targets and be making commission per month. You are treated as a permanent employee in the way that ongoing training is provided and AXA do not want you to fail, therefore you are looked after! You will be kept on your toes and no two days will be the same.

Key Skills Required
· Attention to detail.
· Flexible on your approach (every customer is different!)
· Clear communication is key!
· Adhering to FSA policies and procedures.
· Working to tight deadlines.
