Calling all Class 2 (CAT C) HIAB Drivers! Job in Reading RG11HE, Home Counties UK
We are searching for drivers with commercial driving experience that hold a valid HIAB certificate. You will be working for some of the largest national building companies in the UK completing deliveries out to clients and their sites. Our clients have many depots across the UK and your local Manpower Logistics Hub provides them with their requirements to various sites in your local area. You will need to hold a valid certificate in Lorry Loading (HIAB, hook and grab with remote or levers).
The work will start from around 7.00 am, and you will be performing deliveries and collections to various clients. You will need to be flexible, hard working and have a desire to do a good job. Someone who has worked in the building trade performing deliveries using a HIAB or a lorry mounted crane would suit this role and an experience of driving rear steer vehicles could also be advantageous
Ideally, all applicants will also be used to dealing with the public so the ability to communicate politely and efficiently is essential. You will need to have experience visiting both commercial sites and private addresses to deliver products using the lorry mounted crane
