Key Responsibilities:
- business development to create new client relationships
- service and develop client relationships
- select and match candidates for assignments including managing the interview process, salary negotiations and candidate management
- meet and exceed all key performance indicators such as monthly revenue targets, client and candidate activity and advertisement sales

Key Requirements:
- degree qualified, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Business or Finance related field
- ideally, you should possess a proven sales background and track record in business development, as well as account/relationship management or a willingness to focus in this area
- individuals from a banking/commercial background or from a reputable accountancy firm with an exposure to banking products is preferred
- entrepreneurial, energetic, resilient and dynamic team player
- possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
