Calypso Business Analyst / Support Analyst - Front Office

As a leading Technical Calypso Business Analyst your main duties will be -
- Work with end users to understand and specify the business requirement.
- Identify, and validate requirements for changes to business processes and associated IT systems including Calypso.
- Produce project lifecycle documentation
- System configuration (Calypso)
- Support issues for Calypso platform
- Produce requirements specifications, functional specifications and test plans.
- Work with development teams to ensure business requirements are fully understood.
- Participate in New Product Approval process
- Manage implementation of new functionality
- Produce system documentation and provide system training where required.
To be considered for this excellent Calypso Business Analyst role you will need to have the following -
- Cross asset knowledge is beneficial
- Experience in Front Office environments ideal
- Knowledge of Pricing and Greeks
- Experience in one of the following areas is required: Commodities, Derivatives, Credit , Fixed Income and FX.
- Calypso experience
- Technical / programming background is preferred.
- Calypso configuration experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and reasoning skills
- Experience in translating business end-user requirements into clear specifications for developers
- Experience with outsourcing and third-party suppliers/partners
