Our client is a leading Investment Management business. They deliver an innovative, professional service and are committed to the continual growth and development of their internal talent.
The purpose of this role is to develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the business and strengthen the presence of the groups brand in the marketplace. It's a broad role incorporating Campaign Management, Marketing Brand Strategy, Event's and Investor Public Relations.
Your Responsibilities
- End-to end management of all elements of the marketing mix to develop and execute marketing campaigns which target our Retail, Wholesale and Institutional clients and prospects.
- Assist in developing new and innovative marketing iniatives, including website and mobile content development, SEO, webcasts/video content, and social media.
- Develop and execute tactical EDM campaigns targeting wholesale clients.
- Effectively manage campaign initiatives within time and budget targets.
- Manage the development and approval of marketing collateral and maintain existing material.
- Support the sales team sponsorship activity and marketing material for conferences and seminars.
- Coordinate full and half year results analyst briefings.
- Daily media monitoring, syndication Board report preparation.
- Assist in the development and distribution of business and people messages to internal audiences.
- Input into marketing and brand strategy development.
- Work within the creative framework for campaign and collateral development
- Build relationships with key internal clients and stakeholders to ensure marketing activity aligns with business goals and expectations.
Your Background
- 5+ years marketing experience in financial services including e-marketing, exposure to advertising campaigns, knowledge of marketing planning and budgeting.
- As this is a key role for the Marketing team and will require an individual with a strong knowledge of traditional asset classes.
- Superior stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Ability to manage a number of projects at any given time, with exceptional time management skills - ability to manage conflicting deadlines.
- Exceptional communicator and someone with an analytical and outcomes focused mind.
- Exposure to the Australian financial planning industry is highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications with industry specific post graduate qualifications preferable.
