We are currently recruiting for a Campaign Manager to work for one of the leading financial services firms in the UK.
The Campaign Manager will sit within the marketing services team and work closely with the Head of Customer Management to develop and deliver detailed marketing campaigns and initiatives to support retail, channel mix and customer management group targets with a particular focus on increasing the proportion of marketing effort that is directed to digital execution.
The Campaign Manager will support the Head of Customer Management in the development of tactical and strategic marketing plans , Lead in the development and deployment of direct marketing, email and Online initiatives, with support from the Customer Vision and Corporate marketing teams.
You will have specific responsibility for managing the campaign deployment meetings, creating campaign briefs, interpretation and utilisation of post campaign analysis. You will work with the operational teams to ensure that all relevant customer touch points are incorporated in delivering and supporting campaign messages, and ultimately in deepening relationships with target customers. You will lead in the development and deployment of our paper based loyalty program - Outlook with a specific remit to ensure that the company retains the customers whilst increasing the numbers to migrate across to digital channels.
We are looking for somebody who has experience of using customer segmentation, insight and analysis to drive customer focused communications and strategies as well as relevant experience with financial services.
As this is an interim position for at least 6 months you will need to be able to commit for that time and be available at no more than 2 weeks notice.
