This role is to:
To manage the annual and in-year planning cycle and aligned processes across all Tesco Bank products and channels.
To do this you will:
- Guide commercial and marketing colleagues through the annual campaign planning process, including: finance timelines for LTP; commercial forecasts; channel strategies; annual marketing strategies; and Group activity.
- Advise marketing and commercial colleagues on the campaign plan and calendar, shaping the laydown according to changing business priorities during the year and capturing a detailed lockdown, ensuring optimum collaboration and engagement across commercial and marketing teams.
- Refine processes for campaign planning and the delivery of marketing activity, ensuring the processes are fit for purpose and managed effectively. Central to this is the role as system guardian for eMARC and agency management of Be the Brand.
