Job Summary:

ReachLocal.com is looking for an analytical, customer service-minded individual with the ability to effectively gather, analyze, and report internet advertising data to clients and the sales team. The CP makes educated adjustments to internet advertising campaigns to improve performance while meeting the requirements set forth by clients. The ideal candidate can quickly grasp new technologies and concepts in an unstructured, fast-paced work environment.

Competencies:

· Communication

o Skilled in providing simplified explanations to complex or complicated concepts

o Outstanding written communication and verbal skills

o Understanding and ability to strategically communicate the fundamentals and practices of traditional and non-traditions forms of media

· Technical Skills

o Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word and Excel

o Experienced in navigation of major internet advertising interfaces including, but not limited to Google, Bing, and Facebook

· Quantitative Analytical Skills

o Able to use return-on-investment (ROI) as a decision making tool and provide analysis of relevant performance data to determine go-forward actions

o Use applied knowledge, available evidence, logical means and processes to investigate and resolve problems with a high degree of accuracy

Job Skills Responsibilities:

The candidate must be flexible and be able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:

· Retention of client advertising accounts through review of campaign set up, active campaign management and execution of consistent customer service

· Management and analysis of internet advertising campaigns to satisfy client expectations for various performance metrics such as high click-through rate and low cost per click

· Rapport building and the fostering of relationships with clients through timely follow up and communication in order to increase retention of accounts

· Delivery of education to clients on campaign performance and return on investment received

· Provide instruction to Internet Marketing Consultants on platform navigation and campaign analysis/performance

· Troubleshooting performance issues using internet advertising best practices while creating new, innovative solutions to technical issues

· Incorporate constantly evolving technology, processes, and publisher guidelines into daily routine of campaign evaluation

· Ensure advertising campaigns correlate with advertiser’s other forms of marketing

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or English.

· 2+ Years Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Sales, Customer Service or related field
