Main Function

Diversity Campus Recruiting attracts, educates, and prepares top quality undergraduate and MBA talent from targeted institutions for employment opportunities.

Main Duties

Work with the Diversity Recruiting Team on undergraduate and MBA campus recruitment efforts for Investment Banking, Infrastructure, and Global Markets for both summer and full-time recruiting including creating tailored strategies, managing internal diversity programs, and partnering with businesses to meet hiring needs and source business participants. Establish relationships and be a true partner to all members of the Campus Team to seamlessly integrate diversity strategies, cross pollinate business participants and determine efficiencies for identifying/attracting, educating, preparing/mentoring, and selling/closing candidates. Primary liaison for diversity organizational partners and student organizations as well as determine the appropriate sponsorship level and opportunities. Work closely with Diversity and Inclusion to ensure that Employee Network Groups have a recruiting strategy that is aligned with the campus recruiting lifecycle. Maintain recruiting calendar for all events, respond to student inquiries in shared mailbox, and manage school/partner budgets accordingly. Take ownership of event coordination which includes but not limited to: presenting proposals that are inclusive of coverage, next steps, and deadlines and following up; coordinating/scheduling events, catering, a/v, facilities, shipping arrangements; managing rsvp's, name badges, contact sheets, and sign-in sheets; maintain and update online application system for schools/businesses. Travel and attend recruiting events as necessary. Assist with management of diverse summer interns including appraisal process, placements, events, offers and sell/close process. Assist with team's data tracking and reporting procedures.

Person Requirements

Basic Qualifications:BA or BS Degree3+ years of prior campus recruiting experience2+ years of experience working with Excel2+ years of PowerPoint experience Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work well under pressure and interact with senior management.
Ability to multi-task and deliver a strong work product without jeopardizing deadlines. Strong client/candidate management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and time management skills. Intermediate excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience at a competitor bank with traditional recruiting process.Recruiter experience and interest or passion for diversity.
