Campus Recruiter
A leading investment bank seeks a Campus Recruiter. This job will involve all elements of the graduate recruitment process, including campus marketing and attraction strategies. The role will be within the Corporate and Institutional Banking HR department. This large HR department provides and supports CIB employees with a range of HR services including sustained liaison with the group HR department.
The top tier European financial institution’s UK presence specialises in investment banking and in providing financial advice, derivative trading, and structured and project finance. They have a global presence in over 75 countries providing almost limitless career opportunities in the financial services sector.
This role will involve the end to end recruitment process from reviewing undergraduate and graduate CVs to organising interviews and assessment centres. You will be working closely with the hiring managers and HR business partners to guarantee best practice and ensure that only outstanding candidates are selected; through this you will become a trusted advisor in the recruitment of high quality graduates. Candidates will also include interns, placement and insight participant. You will be required to attend campus events across the UK on a regular basis, being responsible for the marketing of the bank in order to attract the highest level candidates. To do this you will give numerous presentations and assist with the induction process.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with high volumes of end to end recruitment, around 120+ per year, and will ideally be from a financial services background and have experience of front office recruitment. You will have excellent communication skill in order to liaise with a wide range of critical stakeholders. A solid understanding of campus recruitment and financial markets is required. Language skills are desirable.
