Main Duties

Manage the campus recruitment efforts for a select group of undergraduate target schools for both summer and full-time recruiting including creating a strategy, managing hiring numbers/offer rates, working in conjunction with the team captain to identify participants, interviewers, and top talent.

Manage relationships with key career services personnel at undergraduate schools where we recruit including creating our on-campus strategy, targeting high potential candidates, sourcing senior business reps to present and identifying opportunities for us to be in the classroom.

Establish relationships with the other recruiters on our team to identify efficiencies, cross pollinate business participants and determine potential global efficiencies including candidate identification, staffing and sponsorship opportunities.

Work with our Investment Banking business to develop and maintain strong relationships with business heads and HR, creating a strategy to meet their hiring needs, and sourcing business participants. Partner with the Diversity recruiting team to identify key sponsorships, on-campus recruiting opportunities and define a diversity strategy for their business/schools.

Travel/Attend recruiting events

Maintain and update online application system for their schools/businesses

Manage summer intern program including appraisal process, placements, events and offers

Person Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree1+ years of Campus Recruitment experience3+ years of experience working with Excel Preferred Qualifications:Ability to work well under pressure and interact with senior managementAbility to multi-taskStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPowerPoint and Excel skills. Knowledge of MS Outlook
