Campus Supervisor - (PRN)
Non-Exempt - Responsible for the overall campus operations, including but not limited to safety and supervision of clients, direct care staff and visitors. This position will work as needed (8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) or (12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and will include weekends on an as needed basis. Provides support and oversight to staff, including crisis intervention and post-crisis processing, assistance in managing dangerous or aggressive behavior and consultation as needed. Assures safety standards are followed, maintains daily shift report and investigates incidents. Conducts routine rounds of campus, making frequent checks to ensure buildings and campus are secure. Responsible for maintaining balanced staffing pattern during shift and planning for on-coming shift, including filling unanticipated vacancies. Assists nurses in the admissions intake assessment process and in ensuring that client care needs are met.
Educational Requirements: Minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Two years of college preferred.
Previous Experience Required: Must have a minimum of two years experience as a Mental Health Technician and/or as a Campus Operations Technician
