This is a position for an experienced Oncology RN interested in data collection and working to obtain QOPI Certification for the Medical Oncology clinics within Aurora. ASCO's Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®) is an oncologist-led, practice-based quality improvement program. QOPI's goal is to promote excellence in cancer care by helping practices create a culture of self-examination and improvement. The process employed for improving cancer care includes measurement, feedback and improvement tools for hematology-oncology practices. Due to our commitment to shared governance and shared decision-making, the QOPI Cancer Care Coordinator will help directs the quality of patient care given to patients with cancer in collaboration with Medical Center staff.
