Cancer Sequencing Informatics Specialist

What you need for this position:
-PhD in BioInformatics, Computational Biology or Molecular Oncology with expertise in data analysis of whole genome and targeted re-sequencing of cancer genomes.
-Skills in bioinformatics with a focus in genome informatics and the analysis of next-generation sequencing data.
What you'll be doing:
-The position will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying the analysis pipelines for the data generated by the sequencing instruments.
-Processing of intensities, alignments and executing assembly tools.
