Sellick Partnership is a well-established leading financial and legal recruitment specialist operating across six offices nationwide. Our head office in Manchester requires a full time candidate Resourcer Administrator to support one of their successful sales teams.

 

Based in Manchester city centre, this is an exciting opportunity for a conscientious and motivated individual to join a dynamic and flourishing team, to work within a fast-paced environment. 

 

The successful candidate will play an integral role in the continued development of this office, working closely with all team members, building professional relationships with both candidates and clients.

 

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:

 

·         Co-ordinating and managing our online and print advertising

·         Interviewing potential candidates both on the telephone and in person

·         Taking up references on all candidates

·         Updating and maintaining the candidate database

·         Assisting consultants with candidate searches on both the internal database and external websites

·         Preparing candidates for interview and collating both client and candidate feedback

·         Collating information for tender submissions

·         Maintaining relationships with managed service agents, constantly reviewing rate changes

·         Assisting with event co-ordination

·         Identifying leads and supporting the consultants with business information

·         General administrative support for the team

 

You will be joining an established and respected recruitment team, who have excellent market knowledge and will provide you with the required training and support necessary. This is an excellent in-house opportunity to continue to develop your highly organised administration and communication skills.
